Mark Shemroske, of Tri-S Recruiters is an award winning and premier recruiter for clients and candidates across the country. He is well known within the IT Recruiting Spectrum and has had a huge presence in the JDEdwards, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, among other ERP’s along with Cybersecurity, Networking, and Operations. Throughout the past few years many of his clients and candidates have moved into different technologies and Mark has move right along-side to assist them through their career and hiring paths. He has successfully recruited candidates from within Applications, Infrastructure, Engineering to the Cyber space and beyond.

Today, Mark is known for his versatility and ability to adapt to his client needs and wants; then goes to market to hunt and source for the skilled talent his clients are requesting for their most critical openings. Mark especially enjoys working on those purple squirrel positions.

Mark likes to build long term relationships with his clients. In fact, many of his hiring managers, have been a past candidate. And much of his business is based on referrals. 

2024 – A new beginning, a continued tradition…32 years later. I started Tri-S Recruiters in Summer of 1992, so much has changes in the way which recruiting is accomplished, but the end result and my guarantee to our clients and candidates have not. My goal is to make the interviewing and hiring process as easy as possible for both the hiring client and the candidate.
